MID Cross Roller guide
MID cross roller guide MVR type is a linear guide instrument by assembling cage actively between two-patterned orbiting planes after making V-shaped two-surfaces as an orbiting groove. It is a highly rigid and precise linear motion system of limited type since rollers are arranged orthogonally so it may receive load from various directions.

Rigid coupling is a unit of hardware used to join two shafts within a motor or a mechanical system. It is made up of a half coupling with groove on the end face and a telophragma. Rigid shaft coupling is also equipped with two shaft sleeves and a center steel shell.
Brake Disc Gear Couplings
Brake disc gear coupling is made up of an annular gear with the same tooth number and flange half coupling with external teeth. Drum gear means the external teeth is made into spherical surface.
Drum coupling is made up of external gear shaft sleeve with crowned teeth, carrying ring, end cup and sealing ring. It is mainly used for connecting cable drum and reducer output shaft of hoisting equipment.
Flexible coupling can be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel or engineering plastic. Elastic coupling is specifically designed and manufactured for use with feedback devices such as encoders. The goal of flexible shaft coupling design is to provide zero backlash operation that will insure encoder accuracy.
Slider coupling is made up of two bushings and one center slider. Used for transmitting torque, the center slider is made of steel or abrasion-resistant alloy. Oldham coupling offsets the relative displacement by sliding of center slider. It is also able to integrate sliding and rotation.
Safety Couplings is also called torque limiting coupling. It is made up of chain coupling and friction gear. This machine is mainly used for overload protection. When the required torque is more than the set value caused by overload or mechanical failure.
Double Roller Chain Coupling
A double roller chain coupling consists of one duplex roller chain and two sprockets. Both shafts can be easily coupled or decoupled with a single joint pin inserted into or extracted from the roller chains. Since a powerful roller chain is engaged with the sprockets.
Tyre coupling transmits torque by the friction between tyre and flange end face. This shaft coupling has very high elasticity and strong ability in compensation for relative displacement of two axes.
Cross Universal Coupling
Cross universal coupling is composed of two universal joints and a piece of intermediate axle. It is mainly used for transferring torque,Universal coupling with spider is suitable for metallurgical machinery, heavy machinery, petroleum machinery.
Flange Coupling (YL Series)
Flange coupling is used to bring two half couplings together for the purpose of transmitting movement and torque. It belongs to rigid coupling. This shaft coupling mainly has two structures. The first is to transfer torque by using reamed hole bolt.
Dodge Gear Couplings
Dodge Gear Couplings are power dense and capable of transmitting high torque at high speeds while still remaining inherently well balanced. Gear Couplings transmit torque by the mating of two hubs with external gear teeth that are joined by flanged sleeves with internal gear teeth.
Rotation is transmitted through a central disc that slides over the tenons on the hubs under controlled preload conditions to eliminate backlash. Discs and hubs are available in different materials and configurations to suit different applications. These couplings provide generous radial compensation and easy maintenance.

Huco Uni-Lat Couplings
This coupling combines the sliding mechanism of the Oldham and the pivotal action of the universal joint to combat angular and radial misalignment. A series of integral pins engage a pair of injection moulded annular rings with controlled preload to eliminate backlash. The Uni-Lat has a generous angular and radial misalignment capacity and is electrically isolating.
